"My uncle had a house fire, ServiceMaster was quickly in contact with my family to start the restoration process. We were told by Reggie Boggs living expenses would be covered but when we asked if assisted living was an option because my uncle is disabled and in a skilled nursing facility, he told us he’d check on that and get back to us. Almost 2 weeks passed and we call him again, he’s out of the office and a “Brianna” calls and was extremely rude with me but also my elderly mother. She said I was mistaken and wished to only speak to one family member because it was easier for her. This is how you treat customers of over 20 years?"
