We were told by Reggie Boggs living expenses would be covered but when we asked if assisted living was an option because my uncle is disabled and in a skilled nursing facility, he told us he’d check on that and get back to us. Almost 2 weeks passed and we call him again, he’s out of the office and a “Brianna” calls and was extremely rude with me but also my elderly mother. She said I was mistaken and wished to only speak to one family member because it was easier for her. This is how you treat customers of over 20 years?"
